Trish began building custom homes in 1995, developing and managing construction of more than 25 homes in Historic Brookhaven, Vinings, and Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island for high end custom clients.
She is a Licensed Georgia Residential Builder and Qualifying Agent for TCB, The Custom Builder LLC. When she walks a home with you, she is reading the framing, the roofline, the drainage and the finish work, not just the staging.
